Step 1: Central Administration Changes

  • Open your SharePoint Central Administration
  • Click on Manage web applications
  • There you can see the list of your web applications
  • Select your web application
  • Then click on Authentication Providers
  • Click on the Default
  • Select the check box for Enable Anonymous access
  • Click Save

Step 2: Site level changes

  • Now go to your site collection or web application where you want to enable anonymous access
  • Click on Site Actions -> Site Permissions
  • From the top select Anonymous Access
  • You can select one of the these options Entire Web Site or Lists And libraries
  • Click OK
  • Done
